　　YYL(YYW)係列有機熱載體爐為快裝式強製循環燃油（氣）鍋爐。本係列鍋爐本體受熱麵結構緊湊，受（shòu）熱（rè）麵由內、中、外（或內、外）密排的圓盤管構成；內盤（pán）管為輻射受熱麵，中、外盤管與內盤管的（de）外（wài）表麵構成對流（liú）受熱麵（miàn）。燃料在內盤管組（zǔ）成的燃燒室內燃燒放熱，經輻射受熱麵（miàn）吸收大（dà）部分熱量後，高（gāo）溫煙氣進入對流受熱（rè）麵進行換熱，出鍋爐後在空氣預熱器（qì）中加熱鍋爐燃燒所需的空氣，再經除塵器由引風機將煙氣（qì）送至煙囪排入大氣

　　安裝方便靈活，隻要將（jiāng）鍋爐就位於其基礎上即可。

　　受熱麵采用（yòng）密（mì）排圓盤管，受熱（rè）麵布置充足，降低管子表麵熱負荷，是導熱油使用更an全。

　　爐膛尺寸與燃燒火焰相匹配，采用了正壓燃燒，輻射換熱效率高。

　　鍋爐結構緊湊，大大節約了鍋（guō）爐房的占（zhàn）地麵積。

　　大型鍋爐尾部設（shè）置空氣預熱器，提高鍋爐效率。
